She was responsible for bringing Norwex to North America from Norway in 1998. With close to 40 years of experience in the direct sales industry, Debbie won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Business to Consumer Division in the Canadian Prairie Region in 2008 and was recently recognized as one of the top 25 entrepreneurs in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.
Passionate about showing people how to become successful entrepreneurs, Debbie is committed to helping people achieve their true destinies and making the planet a better, healthier place to live. She loves empowering men, women and all generations to make a positive difference in their homes, families, marriages, and churches. Debbie has a strong prophetic gift and loves to be used by God to strengthen,encourage, and comfort others. Debbie and Mike have been married for 41 years and are the proud parents of three sons, have two amazing daughters-in-law, four grandsons and an amazing 5-year-old granddaughter. They split their time between their homes in Red Deer, Alberta and Colleyville, Texas.

Married 27 years to Brent, mother of 3 adult kids and newly mother in law this summer. Trained as a Registered nurse but co-owner and business partner in Genesis Aviation with Brent for 13 years. My heart is for women who are sitting in the pews, caught in religion and longing for Spiritual Freedom because that was me. God opened my heart and mind after a desperate struggle with anxiety when I was 38. For 9 years I have been teaching and ministering to women to bring freedom and healing through God's written and living word.

Mike has a passion for leadership both in the study of and its application in the real world. After having served for 25 years as a pastor and College instructor, Mike transitioned to full time teaching, coaching and training in the business and church setting and travels around the world. As a certified John Maxwell Executive Director and Coach, Mike utilizes the best proven & tested leadership material, to help individuals and businesses overcome challenges and grow in their impact & success.

Mike has advanced degrees in both business and ministry and recently completed training as a certified
Professional Director (Pro.Dir.). As a partner and investor in several successful companies, Mike brings his
knowledge and skill to help navigate the challenges companies face. Mike is happily married to Debbie
(co-founder of Norwex) and they have three grown sons and five amazing grandchildren. They split their time
between their homes in Dallas-Fort Worth TX and Red Deer AB.
